Maveric Builders Pty Ltd was established in 1992 starting with the two directors and has developed into an important player in the Southern Tasmanian housing and construction industry. Maveric now operates with a direct workforce of 37 fulltime employees. Maveric is committed to training and development, engaging in a structured apprentice program, ensuring that the skills and abilities of our tradesman are passed on for the future of the industry. We support local Tasmanian business (when ever possible) by purchasing high quality materials from local suppliers. 

Maveric Builders is a fully accredited building company, and a member of both the Housing Industry Association (HIA) and The Master Builders Association (MBA). Maveric is a stable and reliable building company specialising in both the luxury and budget spectrums of the housing market, as well as smaller commercial developments. We have forged strong working relationships with many repeat customers and are consistently invited to tender for a number of leading architects in Hobart. We have developed strong alliances with a select network of top quality subcontract tradesman to ensure our product is finished on time and to the highest possible standard.
